Reston, Virginia: The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce sponsored Incubator Program is proud to announce the graduation of founders Sharon O'Shea and David Henderson of e-Triage^® from the nationally-recognized business startup program that has positively contributed to the growth of more than 30 companies. By successfully completing the curriculum and taking advantage of specialized networking functions and programs, e-Triage^® becomes the 19th company to graduate from the four year old business development program.

Sharon O'Shea commented that "The Incubator Program has been a tremendous source of support and growth for e-Triage^®. The Consultant Bank provided superior resources that assisted us with many critical issues facing a startup company. Chamber member mentors have helped us develop top notch communication materials and fine tune our marketing strategy and pricing model. e-Triage^® is a health and productivity management program which incorporates the results of evidence-based research to evaluate and identify employees with psychosocial issues that will delay a normal recovery from illness or injury. The e-Triage^® "At Work" program addresses unscheduled absences for employees at work by determining psychosocial issues associated with stress/burnout. e-Triage^® "Off Work" addresses return to work complications for employees by identifying factors impacting the recovery process. These two areas combined account for more than 80% of all absences from work.
